Aha! Thank you for making the previous chapter clear, and for finally sating my curiosity, and for the dedication That's so sweet!
That was different and unexpected, and I admit that I didn't understand part of it at first. I didn't quite get what the crystals were, although I did get that the black lake Harry was floating on represented Severus, and that the whole thing represented some sort of breakthrough into Harry's memories. I like it that it was Severus telling him to fight, I like it that they have a psychic connection. This was a great use of metaphor, and added an intriguing twist to the story. I found it a bit frustrating at first, the previous chapter, in the context of a stand alone chapter, but taken as a whole, with this chapter and in the context of the whole story, it was good. I like that you present things from both Harry and Severus's sides; I think a lot of authors tend to forget that they already know the story, and so it's easy for them to overlook things that readers may need explained, but you justify everything you do, and that makes a whole story for the reader. Good job! I can't wait to see what comes next for Harry and Severus.
