Another great chapter. I think since he has used her this much already, then she should be put back into a cell to rest for a few days. After that she could either be used some more by him or someone could try to help her escape. If she manages to escape then she would constantly be thinking of Lucius and want to try and find him, causing her to be captured once more. That would mean more punsihment because she had left. I look forward to reading the next chapter.

Since you asked, here are a few possibilities that came to mind...
1. The way Lucius is torturing Hermione could play out along the same stream for the next couple of chapters, and then when he is called upon to torture another woman, he could find that he can't 'perform' - this could be because he is secretly attracted to her, and after having her, no one else will do.
2. Or, we can discover that Severus was in the background of this, and trying to figure out a way to save her life, cast a form of Imperio curse on her.
3. Or, this can be a nightmare
4. Or, she is rescued and Obliviated, only to discover that she is pregnant with no memory of it - when Lucius discovers her condition, it triggers some deep soul searching on his part
Just some thoughts - I never volunteer ideas unless they are solicited. I generally like stories that end on a positive note, but also appreciate that not all stories can end that way, and I feel like yours may be traveling down that path. Keep up the great writing!
