wow ive missed a lot since my internet crapped out on me! i love where you are taking this, but it feels like you are piling the events on top of one another too quickly. ive read all of the Earth's Children and HP books, and its a little confusing even for me! dont be afraid to put in a little bit of narrative in between major events; it gives the story a more realistic feel and it also gives the reader a 'moment' to assimilate what's going on and orient themselves to the new character dynamics. creb and luna - totally didnt see that one coming, but the pairing is strangely appropriate. im really interested in how broud takes all this and if brun gives up his leadership and broud goes apeshit on both ayla and luna like in TCotCB. keep going with this one, your premise concerning magic and the Clan is freakin fascinating and i cant wait to see how it ends up!

Okay to start this out I love your works.
Secound is I have read the earth children's series.
Now where to go with this I have no idea. My favorite was The Mammoth Hunters.
These two stories will be extremly hard to intertwine.
I have no recommendations of how to do this but I suggest not diverging to far from Cannon in begining and keeping the "oh it's this way b/c it's my story" or "I need it to fit so I changed that" down to a minimum so as not destroy the story.

hmmmmmmmm.... im definitely intruiged by how you linked the Clan and the wizarding world and made them distinct from the Others, and id REALLY like to see how luna changes the progression of historical time. Ive read all the Earth's Children books that Ms. Auel has published, and while i'm not sure where you want this story to go, i'd be glad to serve as a sounding board to bounce ideas off of. shoot me an email if interested.
