This has potential, but it seems a little rushed. Things are happening so quickly that it seems unlikely. I'm not complaining, but you might want to take things a little slower and give plot elements time to develop instead of having one thing after another happening and not giving the reader time to take it all in and make the connections. Other than that, a very intriging beginning.
