This is really sophomoric in a lot of ways (particularly the way everything moves at the speed of light-- Hermione being totally okay with the fact that a snarky bastard she used to loathe asked her out on a date, a single kiss turning into an "Oh, I love you, let's have sex!"-- it doesn't really work like that). There are a lot of details you simply graze over that could make this story a lot better (for instance, Draco's transition to the other side, and Snape's story after the war).
It has it's moments, but you need a good beta and a few painfully honest test-readers to read first :).
(Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, and I'm sure as coming off as such, but a lot of people here sugarcoat things that need work, and I just want you to know my actual opinions!)
