Ha ha, you're absolutely right - it's impossible to imagine Voldemort eating. I guess perhaps he takes an intravenous potion or something.
Lovely scene setting - everyone gathered for the grand celebration, but hardly any of them feel like celebrating (especially Scrimgeour). I can't wait to see what Voldemort has in store for the rest of the evening. And ouch! at getting 1981 vintage champagne - how tactless!
