This looks to be a promising story. However, it needs cleaned up a bit. Several paragraphs have broken english or mis-spelled words. A Beta would be a help to have. If you want this DH compliant, you need Kingsley as the minister as Rufus Scrimgeour died in DH and Kingsley was made minister after the final battle. By reading it, it sounds like you were trying to describe the final battle in DH? Also, Harry left for the tower with his friends before anything was done to any of the remaining death eaters in the great hall as I read it in DH.
