I vote for a whole catagory devoted to Prof. Granger and Student Severus!
You are amazing! this story is fantastic!
I Sympathise with Severus not finding the 'fancy nosh' as good as Hermione did....I have the same problem with my friends ( I have an Order of Foodie, first class!) But perhaps it will grow on him.

In response to your response of my review - Rarely do people have truly pure motives, of course she'd enjoy showing up such a false hero, but her reasons were well intentioned enough that I find it admirable. She is a talented potion mistress, and wants to restore honor to her beloved field of study. She does see potential in Snape, and wants to develop it and shield him from the greedy cut throats. Slightly selfish motives be damned, I see enough nobility in her actions to warrent praise. ^^
I especially love the way she tried to suppress herself with Snape in this last chapter. I was a rather snarky child myself. Blame it on learned behavior or genetic inclination (my father was a very Snapesque character), but I had a rather venemous tounge growing up. I didn't have malicious intentions, I just didn't see a reason to restrain myself. It wasn't until I was a teen that I realized such blunt - wrongfully considered insulting - comments were not the way to get what I wanted. It shows she cares somewhat for his emotional state to curb herself. Hopefully his skin will thicken over time, and he'll put less weight on such snarkiness.
I mean really, picture some sappy eyed young boy looking at you, simpering out something like: "As long as I'm with you, I'd die happy."
I'd be hard put not to laugh at that myself, insipid feelings be damned.
