If she was 30 he would only be 50 they were only 20 years apart he was the same age as Harry's parents and Hermione was actually a year older than Harry minus only like two months she just missed being at your ahead of them

I dont understand why Severus is so old in this fic. in canon he is 19 years older than Hermione.

The age difference you have between Severus and Hermione is wildly inaccurate. It is NO where near a 35 year gap, it's about a 20 year difference.

Sometimes when pickings are slim in the fandom, I will re-read your stories because I am guaranteed a good read. As I was reading this one tonight, I thought that it might be an interesting twist if Hermione was attracted to Draco enough that the story did not play out as written. It might be interesting to post that as a challenge based on the first chapter with Hermione, Draco and Severus from this story.

Hello,
I've recently discovered your fanfiction on here and have enjoyed reading through most of the stories. I think the only ones I haven't read so far are probably the ones with Lupin in them. Though I must say that I think Curiosity has been my favorite along with the Adventurous hearts series and Mastering Temptation. I know you say dark fics are not really your forte but the little I've seen you dabble with in stories like Curiosity and Death Eaters Valentine tell me that when the mood strikes you that you are very good at writing it and portraying the aspects of D/s play in a positive, yet fairly realistic light. The relationship between Snape and Hermione in Curiosity felt almost a little deja vu for me as my own entrance and experimentation into D/s Play was very very similar. (though it wasn't that intense) You did a wonderful job of portraying the mental aspects of that kind of play which if you ask me and anyone committed to the lifestyle, is the core of any successful and enjoyable D/s relationship. The taking of control and the surrender of it, the consent given, the trust required to do so is what allows couples to take things deeper and to a more extreme level of sensation play by the use of all the kinky additions. As much as I love the toys and bindings, without that mental aspect and trust it's never as truly satisfying. In fact I really don't see that aspect of sexuality as dark though it can be very intense. I also like the fact that you portrayed Hermione as a Submissive in this yet outside of her relationship to Severus, she never lost her strength of character. I feel that it's important that you portray that if you ever go into such forays again because that is the truth for most submissives. I've been told I can be bossy and controlling little (pardon my language) bitch when I wasn't with my Dom. I've even had some coworkers comment that my boyfriend must have been whipped. I could barely supress my laughter as I was the one who got tied up and paddled or flogged at the end of the night. I would really love to see Draco in this type of Dominant character again in a fic of his own. He was so enjoyable in this one that I think it deserves further exploration. I'd be happy to share information if you have problems looking for answers to questions regarding D/s though from the few times you've dabbled in it, it my help is probably not needed. I enjoy educating others about the lifestyle due to my own experiences with it over the last 7 years. Anyway. I do hope you continue writing and look forward to all your works with our reformed death eaters, and former Order Spies.
