That really good for a first piece. niether character was ooc in fact they were, in my opinion, spot on. i loved the last bit! that is so ron!!

Clever Hermione! I didn't realize her goal wasn't to make him play badly; your resolution was much cleverer. The bit with him running to get a chessboard was cute.

I don't usually read Ron/Hermione stories, but this one snagged my attention with the "C" word. I am glad I took a chance and clicked; it was a cute story. I like how Hermione could be naughty without coming across as absolute tramp, and how Ron wasn't entirely clueless. Great writing!
