Lets see. I don't know if Remus is alive in your story but I'll take a guess at him. And if not Remus another unexpected could be Dumbledore himself.

wow. i find it disgusting that people would send you hate mail over something as trivial as not finishing this story. granted, i liked when i read that you were going to finish it, but that's completely beside the point. after all, when you lose your muse, you lose it. sometimes it never comes back and you (both author and reader) just have to deal. hopefully writing comes swiftly so that you can wash your hands of this all the sooner.

like others, i was bummed you lost interest but i actually think it's funny that people sent you hate mail. i mean, why are these people so obsessive about a fictional story being finished? it was your creative work, you lost interest, i think it's completely fair if you didn't feel like finishing. disappointed, sure, this was a great story and you did a great job on it. but don't take people's criticism too seriously...they sound like they need to get a grip on reality!! good luck. :)
