I choose B. A isn't totally outside the realm of possibility, though. Percy is a stickler for rules and Arthur, while he may love his family, he's also a pretty well-balanced guy. I think he'd do the right thing, even if it hurt to do it.
I wouldn't call it cheesy or campy. I've read cheesy and/or campy stories. They're okay in small doeses. :)

Sooo need chapter 6! Wouldn't casting crucio automatically be a one way trip to Azkaban? Even if she doesn't get sent to Azkaban she should go to St. Mungo's.

Don't you think they all accepted it too easily that Ginny cast Crucio? I mean, after all, it's a dark curse and also she's underage, it doesn't make it right to use it. No one freaked about her using a dark curse, they all took it rather easy. Too easy for my liking, but that's maybe because i can't stand her...

Ch. 5 As I've stated, it's a wonder to me why so many people hate Ginny but let that go for the moment. I recall when my boyfriend left me. I was sad and depressed and I thought about him for a very long time. In later years, when I was finally over him, I wished that I could have gotten angry at him, maybe even suffered a fit of jealousy or attacked him. Perhaps anger would have made me get over him more quickly.
Getting laid doesn't always do that, especially for women. We can wake up feeling pretty upset and disgusted with ourselves after just leaping into the sack on the rebound.
So I wish I could have been furious, like Ginny. That might have been the smarter and quicker way to go, even if I did wind up hurting someone. (Reminds me of that song: "You broke my heart. So I broke your nose.")

Ginny cast the Unforgivable! And with witnesses! And on human being! And the punishing for Unforgivables is Azkaban. Will she be put there?

Ch. 4 Dang, everyone seems to hate Ginny now. I don't know what JKR wrote about her in the infamous epilogue but it seems people simply can't stand her. Personally, I'd like to read the books before passing any judgment on the character. But I suppose it's unlikely that she'd take any replacement of hers well.

Ch. 1 I'm trying to picture this guy in a patent leather skirt...excuse me, MINI skirt. It's not that I haven't seen guys in skirts; I just don't make a habit of reading about cross-dresseres so the image--Wait, there it is! Ha! ;D
