It sounds like a good start, but there's not much to review. It looks like I think you wanted it to look, meaning a chapter of a schoolbook or an encyclopedia. There's no plot to comment on. Style of writing is acceptable (not bad but also not a masterpiece). There's always room for improvement, but if this is your first story then it's really good.
As to demons, then usually succubus is a female and incubus is male, but if you want to have a bottom Harry, then maybe it's better the way you describe it.
It's a promising start and I hope the real story will be just as good.
