Soooo need chapter 43!!!

First off, let me say that I totally feel for Our Heroes when Al busted their groove. As a dad, this has happened to me.

That said...

Okay, I understand WHY the first half of the chapter was so talky. I do. But I think the explanation was almost too complicated. And then the whole resolving-reality thing where they have to figure out their roles in all this? It screams "fish out of water". I do hope that not too much of the next couple of chapters is spent on that.

I apologize for making this comparison, but this sort of felt like the King's Cross chapter near the end of HP:DH... like "hi there, Captain Exposition, why don't you take a seat?"

Anyway, after reading your response to my last review, I definitely look forward to the conclusion of the story and the things I referred to -- seeing through the mirror and the "updated epilogue". And don't get me wrong, I only intend the above two paragraphs as constructive... the story as a whole is, as I've said before, most enjoyable.

This is a very detailed work. Can't wait to see the other world.

That was good. The fighting magics were vaguely reminiscent of an Anita Blake internal battle between beasts, but this had a much better outcome. Also, the two Harrys reminded me a little of the Superman-vs-Superman split in Superman III.

All that being said, I really liked this chapter. It wasn't quite how I expected it to go down, but I'm not at all disappointed.

One question: will Harry and Draco occasionally see their mirror selves as the next few years pass? Oh, and I can't wait to see the Epilogue scene on this side of the mirror.

Looking forward to the last three chapters...

Oh my god. I loveeedd chapter 41! It was so touching. I'm so glad the process went well.. of course it was a hard one but to say the result was satisfying would be an understatement (I am right now feeling extremely happy for Harry and Draco .. well, especially Harry that is). He must have felt so relieved that the burdens that were on him before had left him for good. Yay, now they can really be happy without an angry Marriage Vow restrictions following them everywhere. And the whole mirrors thing explained a lot. Reflections of what could have been and stuff like that. Two different realities. Wow, it takes a bloody creative author to come up with such amazing ideas such as that to put in their writings. (bows).. ahhhhhh what a great chapter. Can't wait for the next one. Awesome job.
