i feel sorry for you question dose your asshole ex's mom have anything thing to do with him trying to get sole custudy. usally when a man dose that it is his family's doing easpels for one that dose not see his kids that much.

first of all, your story is really great!
next: i'm glad for you, that your son gets his wish garanted
and third: i don't know the law in your country so well, but if its a little bit like ours (in austria) it is the right of the children to decide where they want to live and if your ex hasn't seen the children in months doesn't make him appere in a good light...
BUT i believe in the good and in you that you will get the custody, the full custody and wish you every luck you can get!
