Well, I am bad about reviewing by chapter, so sorry bout that...I am a mite flaky these days. Your description of Her maternity gown at the party made me smile, I have something similar I wore to an Army ball with my first baby.
I always imagine what it would be like to enter the Malfoy estate for the first time and discover all the nooks and crannies....do you think it possible to do so in a single lifetime?
Dammit! I wanna spank and bugger Lucius with a..."wand".....but I dont have the balls LOL....I think maybe I have a slightly submissive nature **blushing**.....but if he were to order me to....or better yet if Snape were to order me to...
Baby names....they came to an agreement pretty easily. I wasnt so lucky, my hubby had a jerky comment for everything I liked....Bailey...no, beatle baily. Jasper? No, Jasper the friendly ghost.....so I ended up with a biblical first born son and a second named after Star Wars......the third was a girl with a very girlie name. :) Would still have liked something sort of exotic, Damian or Sebastian....ah well.
Sweet, a baby boy!! Cant wait to see if Lucius will actually attend to nappy duty or not....and of course to see Draco's response to his new sibling.
Blessings!
Rhonda

Aw, looks like Lucius has to make the first move! Well, I'm glad things will be progressing between the two, and that the child was delivered safely. I imagine Lucius will be skirting nappy duty whenever possible.
Same old stuff to say, good work, can't think of a damn thing to change. Way to make me feel inadequate as a critic.

Very nice chapter, but why do I feel something is about to happen to, yet again, challenge the momentary serenity of their relationship? I enjoyed this chapter. I look forward to the next.

OK, I would totally have cried if someone did something like that for me. I thought it was really sweet of Lucius. I'm quite sure that there is something underlying it, but for the moment, it is sweet.

Just an aside...
I really want Lucius to get down on one knee with something that sparkles and ask properly for her to marry him - because of the right reasons (ie. their minds are bonded and perhaps their souls too, and he really does love her), not because initially it was an excuse to keep her safe from amorous guards; and secondly because she was expecting and he couldn't get it up!
He has well and truly messed up with her, perhaps this would smooth over the issues - especially is he bears his soul to her and is brutally honest with himself.
(hmm... don't mind me, still in the fog of 'OMG! I'm getting married' after my boyfriend proposed to me two days ago! Hang on.. he isn't my boyfriend anymore,is he? He's my fience! Anyway... I'm like a dog with two tails and in my happy-fogged mind that's the solution to their problem.)
Right. Must. Concentrate. On. University. Work. Not. Spend. All. Day. Grinning.

Ch 29-32 - I think Lucius is doing a very fine job of trying, and wish Hermione would cut him a bit more slack instead of jumping to conclusions about him not offering her the choice of her own bedroom, etc. She's as imperfect as he is. I'm glad Lila is out of the picture, but wonder if Lila's father and other purebloods will think Hermione (and Lucius) are being gullible in forgiving Lila and Archie so easily. Here's hoping the baby is born easily and safely! Thanks for the new chapters. (PS - I like green and white/silver. Red and gold are rather bright and strong.)

Very sumptuous; I'll take the cellar. I bet Lucius has got a few interesting items down there.
I'm very glad Hermione didn't choose to quibble over not being given the choice whether to sleep with Lucius or not...I think that might *just* have stretched a few readers' tolerance levels beyond reasonable bounds. It's so much fun that he's so hopelessly addicted - his reaction to her perfume is great. Though perhaps he might not want her spraying it around at a formal dinner.
Mind you, I have to admit, the size of the house could be a bit of a worry - plenty of hiding places and trapping corners for dastardly wrong-doers. Hope they can't get in...
A marvellous chapter; reminded me of taking a tour round a stately home (one of my favourite pastimes).
