Well...actually this is not a unwelcome plan, this is really ridiculous! However, if only Draco went there once, then this was the only way...
However, question is, is the island charmed with notification spell or some other sorts? And any idea of using the invisible potion and other stuff? Have the twins finished the design of the 'weapons'? And how about potions?

Actually the plan really was just too haste, I would say. Being a planner and a careful person, such huge planning in one week is just too risky, lest alone they have too much untouched and undiscussed!
BTW, the caring of Valen, if the spy is still unknown, even they leave with Mrs. Weasley, that is still too risky...and...and...if ever Mrs. Weasley went with Fleur to St. Mungo, she might be the one...
