I cannot believe that I've never read this fic before today. I have virtually read hundreds of Dramione fics available and had never read this one.

What an incredible one shot! It was complete perfection! I loved every single bit of this brilliant work!

Draco/Hermione is not by any means my favourite ship, especially the way it is often written, but you bring it to life here. Your characterisation of Hermione is especially effective. The Hermione you potray here is someone who has been deeply traumatised by war, and the brutalities she has been forced to committ, yet she is clearly still the same character we know. You make her compassion and determination, her sense of justice and her insight into other's motivations shine through despite all she has been through.

The love scene was particularly well written; tender and erotic and all the more powerfull for the restraint with which it was written. An excellent story
