Wonderful chapter! I was a little startled when Draco burst into tears, but at the same time I understand that he must have been going through a lot of things and had no one else to confide in. It's a nice way to bring Draco and Hermione closer together as well. *winks* Snape's reaction made me laugh as well and I'm glad that Draco has, temporarily at least, seemed to keep his snarkiness in check and been more civil to Hermione. I wish he'd come and cook /me/ a meal. *grins* Anyhow, I'm rambling. Excellent chapter and I'm looking forward to reading the next one! ^_^

Great chapter. I don't think Draco is too OOC. As you said he's been through a lot. I do love the way Hermonie handled Moody. Go Herms!!! Can't wait to see Snape and Draco meet up again. Please update soon.

That was an amazing start to what I hope to be a great fic. One little thing though...try to separate the paragraphs from one another. Asside from that...great fic hun. Looking forward to more. ^_^

Great start! I love that Draco was homeless!!! Hermione is sweet, caring. She has hospital beds to heal, awww. I can't wait to see how Harry and Ron react to Malfoy's presence!
