I'm not too fond of your characterization of Harry. The bad-boy wannabe / angst-y & rebellious male-teenybopper combination is a bit too OOC from Rowling's characterization of Harry. (Draco is off character too) You should consider putting an OOC warning up. It's probably because I'm old, (32 years) but every time I see that characterization of Harry I have to roll my eyes. (I don't mean that as a slight to your story.)

Other than that, you seem to have a good story started. I didn't see any obvious errors, and your dialogue is good.

I've never heard of the music you mentioned. (I have no idea what you kids listen to these days) What type of music is it? Rap? Country? Rock? Grunge rock? Heavy metal? Punk? Whatever it is goths or emo's listen to? You may want to menton that in your story, so those of us less informed of 'popular culture' can get a better feel for the story.
