Word usage and description are excellent. Little complaints are to be said when reading this magical piece that surpasses even the original author's writing skills. Pray do continue or else I go mad with anticipation.

From the very beginning, I was riveted to the spot - well, to my chair, but you get the point. I am truly glad to see an author of superior skill to J.K. Rowling! Hah! I've been laughing in her face mentally because it is of my opinion that you could have completed the seventh book yourself! Not to say stealing her series would be rude, but I think I much prefer your skills over hers. I was rather tired of seeing stories that made the characters so OOC, thus I commend you for the canon. I really do. I appreciate writers such as yourself, as they are such a rarity. Thank you for the great story and please do continue it. I'll be waiting patiently.

You've got an interesting if somewhat original story going here... Keep it up..
It's hard to find the right balance to get a good Harry/Voldemort pairing because they are such
complete opposites. You will have to move them so that they are not so diametrically opposed constantly.
Harry will have to become a bit more ruthless and voldemort will likely have to have some moral and a conscious or it will just never pan out. It will little more than lust and sex and that's just not something to build a relationship on.
As for the magic and electricity thing...This is how I see it: Harry did do uncontrolled magic at the Dursley's as I understand it ALOT of magic will interfer with things that run on electricity its not that neither will work or not. If not for the underage magic ban Harry and Hermione could both do their summer homework and it would work. Think of magic as a kind of feedback on the radio or a signal that disrupts TV reception..one kid or adult praticing at home or doing magic at home won't make a big difference on what works or doesn't... 5 might because of the AMOUNT of magic. At hogwarts there is so much magic that electricity is more disrupted than able to work so they just flat out say its not possible there. I am guessing and this is only theory mind you but rooms in a purely magic household can be shielded so that electricty will work properly... and if it wasn't for magic detectors (like the one that reported Dobby's hover charm) then most magic in muggle or mostly Muggle homes would be common place and not even a reason for discussion... those halfbloods or complete muggleborns would work out exactly how much magic they could do or live with before it interfered with the workings of their otherwise MuggleStandard home.

I love this fic. Far too many HP/LV fanfictions have a friendly Voldie, missunderstood/ukish Harry and so many other oddities..
I love slow plots and an in depth story. I'm really going to enjoy watching this fiction.
Good luck writting it, please don't give up on it. I already love it too much!

I have some sugestions but first I must say that having the chapel was a wondeful idea. One to wich I can suscribe as being voldemorts quite easily.
You could make this all easier by having voldemort fall in lust with harry and then finding out ( at the same time or before) that harry was indeed one of his horocrux's would give him alot of power of harry of wich he had been until that moment not awear. For just as he controlled the creatures (such as snakes) that he possesd while formless so in a very simmilar manner does he seem to controle Nagini who is also one of his Horocruxs'.
