Wow, this just keeps getting better and better. I am hoping that this is a Harry/Draco because of the yummy relationship that they will eventually form once all this mess is over. Or even during, perhaps? haha Lucius Malfoy being back can't be a good sign, but whether it is or not has still yet to be seen. Maybe he will set forth a new course for the pair... I am hating Ginny in this story! Normally I like her as a character, even if she is kinda bitchy...but man these circumstances just piss me off, LOL. Great writing, and I look forward to your next update.

Ohhh I was thinking the same thing that Draco did when the wand disappeared! YESSSSSSSSSSSS! And Lucius appearing was wonderful! I'm so excited about all this and yet so worried about Draco! Yes... mostly Draco hahaha X_X Harry must protect himmmm! Or at least stop being so condescending! I love it I love it! Especially how Draco threw out Ginny's stupid demands :p He has the sharpest tongue, i adore it! I cannot wait for more! Is the story only going to be about the trial? Or will you keep writing after the trial ends? I can't wait either way!

Excellent! Ginny's on the defensive (and being offensive in the process) and now Lucius has tuned up, just like the bad penny he is, poking the Lion through the bars of his cage, unknowing that the door is open. Things are definitly looking up for Draco; in the divorce case and in his private life.

What one demand will they want fulfilled? Lucius is back? How? Sooo need chapter 13!

Another day, another chapter. With each and every chapter my hate for Ginny and her family grows deeper. Thank you for sharing this new chapter and I hope to read more from you soon.
