Okay...now you hold me there, with the possibility that Draco's dying because of the binding, and the only way out seems to use the phoneix (just like book 2)...so please update soon!

Before I carry on reading - I forgot to ask - what is Harry's special talent?? Draco has skills in potions and sensing magic, but Harry ONLY has flying speciality?
