Hum...with only limited points of view (Ron, Harry and Draco), I cannot rationalize Harry's motive and action, but it seems to me the title should be "Harry Potter wants everyone" instead.

Doesn't seem like everybody wants Harry Potter. Just most of them. Ron shouldn't be upset though. I can't really see Harry and him going out.
