Personally I would love to read 2 versions at the same time, you know, the feeling of Draco/Harry and Snape/Harry is totally different! So please don't stop this and carry on with BOTH couples.
In the case of Draco, actually more lessons should he learn before actually starting with Harry, as he may view Harry and boy-who-lived differently - one as possesstion while the other one as prize/praise/fame. In the case of Snape, there is no such problem (pretty obvious don't we), instead, friction would be greater (e.g. moral/James influence)...so please, please continue with both couples.

Suggestion: Oh, wow, please NOT Harry/Snape! Harry belongs with Draco and ONLY Draco! Let's see, Harry is afraid that Draco is only with him because he's famous....so Draco has to prove that he's with Harry because he LOVES him!
Ooooh, okay, I have an idea (feel free NOT to use it...I'm just thinking out loud here) of how you can have a Harry/Draco fic with a Harry/Snape TEMPORARY pairing, AND prove to Harry that Draco loves him, whether he's the Boy Who Lived or not!!! Go with me on this...
Harry left Draco's, upset, and Snape catches him in Slytherin. Snape takes him to his office and proceeds to "teach Harry a lesson" (torture, molestation, rape, spanking, that sort of thing...see? Temporary Harry/Snape). Harry doesn't know what to make of it and stumbles back to Gryffindor. (Ron's pissed at him, Harry doesn't know how he should feel about Draco, and then on top of it, Snape violated him)
Under Snape's influence, all of Slytherin (except Draco) are making fun of Harry for being a "whore" (going from Ron to Draco to even Snape, maybe?) Snape tells all of them that Harry came onto HIM, even though in "reality" Snape was the one who violated Harry. Draco sees Harry's hurt reactions and suspects that something's not right, but he keeps his distance because he's hurt that Harry left.
Then Ron starts in on Harry (in front of everyone) basically like the Slytherins do. Harry starts crying and then Ron is taunting him for not acting like the "Boy Who Lived" (being weak, crying, being a whore, etc) Harry runs out of the Great Hall (I envision this taking place at a meal or something) and Draco hexes Ron/Slytherin/Snape and follows Harry (or the other way around: follows Harry first, then hexes them later for revenge).
But basically, Draco comforts Harry, which proves to Harry that Draco loves him for who he is because Harry hurt him and Draco still came back, and Draco came to hold him when Harry needed him most--when he wasn't acting like the "Boy Who Lived". And then more Harry and Draco-y goodness ensues!
