Chapter 6: I'm relieved that the magic-suppressing equipment was destroyed in that compound and all the remaining magic folk went free. So how are Nickolai and Seren going to be added to the mix? A little love interest for Draco? Or is that bond they all submitted to, sexual as well as connecting them telepathically and physically on other levels, making Draco Ron's significant other? I'm a bit confused about the total ramifications of the bond...

So funny coming into the hospital section to see Lucius prone on the ground petrified. But did you have to make him face down? It might smash his beautiful nose. He cares about Hermione? Beyond the bond? Okay, this is where I vote to take Narcissa out with the garbage.

But how did Lucius' feelings go from distance to desire? It wasn't apparent in the previous chapters. Was he keeping it so bottled up he himself didn't know until he saw her injured? Or is this a totally new departure for him?

Can a bondmate feel the other's feelings toward them? Including love? So will Hermione sense Lucius' change of heart?

Whew, Hermione is really banged up, isn't she? Can Lucius help her telepathically somehow?

Nice minor denouement in the fierce action. And now there are two new characters. Really good descriptive writing as usual, giving a solid feel for the compound. Thanks for the new chapter!

A magnificient chapter. The wipping of Hermione was grusome, but I agree that it was necessary for the story. I am so glad you had her rescued by the end of the chapter, and I hope that in due time you will let her get some revenge towards those who did this to her and the others they held captive. Again; a brilliant chapter, I look forward for more of you story!!!

Chapter 5: Oh, excellent! Your description of Hermione's defiance and her punishment were so realistic, with the other wizards and witches forced to watch. I know Hermione's not done for, so I could commiserate totally without being worried that she would die. (I haven't any guts when it comes to suspense...) Introducing the raven made me feel safe right from the beginning of the chapter, knowing help would be at hand at some point.

AND (doing a little wiggle dance) yes! Having Lucius taking care of a badly hurt Hermione plays into my preference for more UST between them. Thank you for that! I hope he'll be gentle and snarky at the same time, not letting Hermione see too much concern for her injuries as he paradoxically makes sure she is well taken care of.

I love that Harry said to kill all the ALPHAs they can find. I'm so bloodthirsty. Go Harry!

Great chapter - scary, moving, and advancing and intensifying the plot. I can't wait to see what comes next.

*cringes as the whipping scene replays in my head*
