This was an interesting story, but you still never explained why Harry could transport himself and Draco to America. This was never explained along with the bracelet control spells. And why did Hannah and Justin decide to use people in such a business? For the most part, your story is well-written, but these two points have really hung me up especially with little to no explanation other than "I can".
