Making myself sleep again-- on chapter 13, now! It's also almost 4 a.m. and I need to wake up at some point around... well, before noon. Probably ten. Guh. Anyway! I am forcing myself to sleep because I keep thinking "Just another chapter" and have been doing that since... um, whenever I sent the email. *laughs* Two hours maybe? But! The story is moving along very nicely, Harry is getting an idea of Draco's new self even though they haven't really spoken yet (also fun!) and Draco's having various issues that amuse me as well. (Like telekinetic anger bursts and his ability to turn his charm on and off like a light switch.)

Also, the bit from Hermione and Ron's POV in chapter... er, 10ish was also lovely! 'Mione waking up all sleepily and wearing Ron's shirt is absolutely adorable, it really is.

See, this is why I was afraid to start this before I had time... *laughing* I know myself. At least I have two days off, so I can read a bit more. I mean, write on my fanfics. Well... I probably mean read.

Finally started reading this...! It actually made me go, "ah!!!" when I realized you'd determined in early 2007 when you started this that Harry was a Horcrux. *grinning* The Final Battle going this way-- set in London, and with Snape alive-- is something I like almost as much as Molly pwning Bellatrix.

Voldemorte was practically giggling telling Harry he's a Horcrux, I love it!

Also, the casting makes my head spin. *laughs* I'm sure you'll make it all accessible and easy to read in your story though, I've got faith in your writing! I'll be reading the chapters a bit slowly-- I finished the first chapter so far, now I have to shower and make food and probably reply to your email before work.

Okay! *laughs* This is why I avoided starting this, knew this'd happen. Just finished chapter three, and I'm almost too late to take a shower for work! I'll hurry it up. I'm really enjoying this so far, it's an interesting set up. I like the connection between the new scar on Draco and Harry, how they seem to have some sort of psychic energy thing going on, I'm interested to see how that will resolve. I'm also starving, so I'll shower and get food, then either email you back, or read a few more chapters and email you when I get home...! I'm bad, I know...!

Chapter 4 now!

"Draco found he liked it when his eyes didn't feel like they were going to bleed out of his head. "

That made me giggle.

Also! I like Bane and Mettle following Draco about, it amuses me a lot.

"Why would it seem natural and disconcerting in the same breathe to have evil shadow Draco's very footsteps? "

That I like very much, as well. Excellent way to phrase it.

Reading Sweet Lysander had me missing epic HP fics, and so I thought about re-rereading one of my favorites (Called "Transfigurations" by Resonant) but I did that about half a year ago, so I'd remember it too clearly. Then I remembered you had a ready-made epic fic of your own on AFF, and it made me happy since I already trust your writing to be excellent, so I made time to read it finally.

Er, or am currently making time. Aheh.

*read a little more in chapter 4* Ah! Omg, wandless magic again! That really surprised me, and I'm not grinning. Why does that make me so happy?! Does, though. Go memory-less!Draco! Kickass.

Epilogue or not, I think you ended the story beautifully. BUT, if you do have something more to say, I say make it short and sweet...just a thought.

Personally I'm glad you wrote that Draco Malfoy FINALLY got the recognition he deserved, even if he doesn't think he does. It proves that he IS a better man AND
a better Malfoy than his father.

Another thing I liked is the maturity you showed with the three young men, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley. Definitely, R. Weasley, because TOO many stories show him as a young, hard-headed prat who blows up at the drop of a hat the minute it's revealed that Harry is seeing Draco. I think only a couple of stories
have shown Ron DOES have the intelligence to TRY to give H & D's relationship some type of understanding or even have Ron & Draco working together to get out of a situation or to help Harry out in a situation.

*sigh* I wish I had been around when you was cranking this baby out, but I hope you stick around in this section, because I see you as another author to look out for.

Best of Luck to you...

OH! Before I forget..and I did.

I loved how you tackled the aspects of Religion in a world governed by Wizardry and
Magic. I was wondering who would have the NERVE to actually try to blend those two worlds together AND actually make it work.

You are the FIRST author to do that.

A small few have mentioned it or gave Religion 1 or 2 pages, but YOU made it a focus without it being shoved down anyone's throat and gave an unknown Priest a major part to play and respect for what it was he had to do.

Hopefully, another author follows in your footsteps and take what you did to another level.

You go Gurl!!!

Keep it up,

Well, I finally caught up...it took me awhile to have the nerve
to read ANOTHER excessive multi-chapter story, after all I've been
in this section for a year and I've PRACTICALLY read almostevery story
from pg. 212 [when I first started] to now...

I see I have another story to add to my list.

One thing I didn't understand is that you translated the Mandarin language Draco
used, but you never translate what the Priest Alt says...

Can you do that?

I've got say I right. That was the 7th book replacement I have ever read. Not many Harry Potter fanfictions are quite like this. I love it to bits. I might start crying if I wasn't in such a bad mood. But your story cheered me up. The ending was brilliant. And I hope to see more of you around somewhere.
