Wicked awesome. Continue it, eh?
You're a brilliant writer, don't let your gifts dimish with time.

This is a beautiful story; thanks for writing such a powerful vision of Draco and the effects of his choices. Well written, paced, designed and drafted.

very good! One can definately see the pain on both of their parts and Hermione's struggle to help... Good job!

I don't know if it was because this was my first read of the day, or if I would have needed a tissue anyway, but that was a very emotional piece. I do hope that you consider a Draco-point-of-view chapter. I'm torn between trying to believe Draco is sitting there trying to mentally repare himself and contiplating suicide by drowning in the lake. Skye

This was brutal to read because the pain was palpable. You showed his pain, not just told us about it; the hardest part was not even feeling his pain through his own words (because that's just teen angst). Instead, we felt his pain through Hermione's empathy and man, that killed.

Very well done and I would personally love to see you develop this into a full-scale fic.

This is very bittersweet. That's why I like it so much. My only complaint is that it's a one-shot. I'm sure I'm not the first (or the last) reviewer to say that in regard to this story. That's just proof that you should continue. But like you said: It is what is. What a shame too. A waste of a perfectly good plot...

I think that it is beautifully written and I wish it was longer than a one-shot :-)
