I think I love this chapter more than any one so far. I love it when Lucius seems so much more honest with both Hermione and himself. Less an arrogant jackass I guess.

I really enjoyed this chapter and their bath together. I think that you summed it best in your author's note about their bathing together being a sign of intimacy as was their sleeping the same bed. I liked how tender he is with her and that he took pride in her intellect and desire to have his children. I cannot believe that I am reading about the same couple that was in chapter one. Now the real question is will he really be happy once she becomes pregnant or will her fear his linage is ruined forever by the mudblood Keep up the great work!
