Well, lucky old Lucius. She makes his sandwiches AND he gets head for afters. I don't think he has that much to complain about. Very funny that he didn't know the way to the thrice-bedamned kitchen too. I continue to enjoy the verbal sparring between them, to the extent that I kind of hope they don't get too warm & fuzzy too quickly. It's also refreshing to read about Snape in an emotionally healthy relationship for once, poor love. Keep on doing what you're doing and loud, squealy thanks for the advert! Next time I bump into Jason Isaacs I'll mention your name. (I should be so flaming lucky).

I'm so glad he released her from the submissive role. That's okay now and then, in sexual play, but there's no way they would ever be equals in that marriage if he expected that from her at all times. I think that's great progress.

I adore this story and think you are moving them at just the right speed and pace that their relationship is believeable and something to be celebrated. I loved that they had quite the naughty adventure to the kitchen and their relationship was moved forward again. I chuckle about Hermione's cold feet, since I have the same infliction and am always donning houselippers because of it. Your touches of the magical and real bring such a quality to your writing that I do a little happy cheer when I see that you have updated. Keep up the great work you do with this couple.

Ch 20-21 - omigosh, these two couples are having WAY too much fun!!! (fans self) I don't know who you are... ahem... "testing" these chapters on, but he must be a very happy "Excaliber." Or, if Lucius needs another name for his little Lucius, since Hermione does want babies.... "Sperminator" or "Baby Maker." Thanks for the new chapters!

Love the story and yes, the dynamic between SS/GW is so much different from LM/HG. There are probably many factors, most of which come from the characters' backgrounds and personalities. SS has never (we assume) had a long-term relationship before and appreciates having his own personal sex slave. Yes, he is in love with her and cherishes her, but it *IS* a lot about sex the first years of marriage. He is possibly more appreciative of having a companion who wants him as much as he wants her. GW is more fun-loving and definitely more used to boys/men (having so many brothers) than HG is.

Whereas LM has done this (marriage)before, been to the heights of Wizarding society and now is just getting out of the dregs of it. In some ways he seems more sensitive to slights than SS ever was -- seeing everything as an affront to him at every turn. And we thought SS was paranoid! HG is introspective and shy, and *SO* not used to men/boys and their actions. This is probably why it took her and LM so long to finally speak, though even now there are a lot of subjects they don't begin to talk of. Shame that -- because he could have a wonderful marriage/partnership with HG if they would just start talking!

Great story so far... i usually will read a story the entire way through before reviewing, but...

As to your question about Slytherin being a water sign. It could be... i could see Gryffindor as fire, Ravenclaw as air, Hufflepuff as earth and Slytherin as water, in the traditional (?) magick sense... the animal symbols of the four houses seem to correspond as well, if you think about it.

Anyway, on to reading more & quite looking forward to it!

Somehow, I still can't picture Snape with Ginny. Oh well, hopefully back to LM/HG next chapter.
