Oh yes I haven't given up on you.

its me again! still reading... anyway, i loved chapter 19. I don't think Draco was OCC for "snuggling" Hermione. He actually tried to move her (lol)... so things like that make him seem human, and for me help allude to deeper feelings. I would be very disappointed if after all they've been thru, the feelings were only physical. THose little gestures are welcome and help with plot progression. I like to think of it as similar to JKR's depiction of Draco. In her books, he isn't soft or compassionate, or anything remotely human. However, there was a moment were he was crying (to Moaning Myrtle no less). That for me let me know there were more sides to Draco, one which wasn't all detached. My point being, the snuggling was't mushy or OCC lol.

Your characterization of Hermione, I love. She isn't all weepy and girly. She's actually behaving as a mature woman in the midst of a war and love affair would be behaving. PERFECT.

The smut is also great (lol) keep it coming!

I really look forward to reading more of your Draco/Hermione stuff...please update soon and often!!!!!

I usually lurk and read your story in the darkness so nobody i know can see that I enjoy Dramione slash, but I gotta give you a high five. Ive been reading your story from the beginning, and I have to saythat lately i have been looking forward to the next chapters of "Contrast" with more anticipation than the final harry potter book. and thats saying ALOT.
you are a great writer, and i hope you go on writing for a long long time after you finish with this story!

I'm really, really amazed at how this story is evolving, and how well you're keeping Draco in character.
I usually quit reading a story, because I really can't take it seriously if the characters aren't in ... Well, character. You get what I'm saying.
Anyway, keep up your excellent work, and I personally don't mind that your chapters are really long.
But it always makes me gasp outloud when it ends XD

And I suppose I can deal with them not dropping to their knees and professing undying love so long as Hermione gets her head smacked into a wall while being thoroughly fucked in the next chapter.

Although, I wonder how weird it would be in this story if they made love rather than had brutal sex....
