this fic, especially this chapter is pretty refreshing. it's definitely a step off from the whole ron's-a-loveable-bloke approach and different from most of these other hermione/draco fics where they're going at it like rabbits by the second chapter, or there's so much angst, the atmosphere around my computer makes it hard to breathe. i totally loved the light WAFFy feelings in this chapter, especially that image with the patch of clear sunlight on draco comforting hermione lightly in his arms, nearly breaching that platonic line in a friendship. that's the hardest feeling to invoke through writing because it's either they're hopelessly in love or lust. keep it a little light for now please. it's very sweet.
