I'm glad Harry and Hermione has reached an tentative understanding. Dumbledore's idea of everyone dancing with everyone is terrible, especially because he didn't participate... Great chapter!

Yay! She's going to the ball with snape - so sweet! And i liked how snape never gave any warning to hermione's parents before showing them the basilisk's head - i'm surprised one of them didn't run out screaming! Thanks for updating :)
