That line is so telling of Harry and Ginny's relationship. She understands him, and she loves him enough to let him do what he has to do.
This was beautifully written, it was almost lyrical and had very good flow. Well done. Even though my favourite slash and/or fanfic pairing is Snape/Harry, Harry/Ginny is my favourite canon pairing and I enjoy a good Harry/Ginny story. I've never understood all the Ginnybashers. I don't understand why they are so surprised at the pairing. To me, it was perfectly obvious from the get go; there's really no other reason for Ginny to be in the story otherwise.
I liked this story, and I see you have one other HP story posted, which I'll go read now. I'd like to see you write more HP stories; please let me know if you do!
