so far this is fantastic. i love vampire fics (that are well written). also i'm a big fan of your other work. i admire your ability to take on harry/snape relationships and make them all original. you avoid cliches and bring such depth to the characters. you seem to experiment with all the emotional spectrums of the characters which brings an awesome sense of realism to your work. in this story i especially am fond of harry's maturity and observance yet nonchalance which is such a feature of teenage boys. many writers make him far too naive or hotheaded for his own good. and this is one of the most realistic "bonding" laws put in place by the ministry that i've seen on the page. it makes sense, it's expectations are cold, clinical but necessary. just like the ministry. and i really liked the small intereaction between harry and hermione on her bed. it felt very real. a true moment between close friends. keep it up. breathlessly waiting for an update.
