Seriously, it's a pleasure to see you back. Your stories are always missed, and there's nothing like reading you first thing in the morning before going to work to bright my day. ^___^
I've to confess (to my endless shame) I had almost forgotten what "Against His Nature Was About". But, that was easily remedied: I read it whole once again! And, it made for a fantastic reading. Even though I had already read it once, I still enjoyed it enormously, I think it's because this time I read it in one go, and not a few chapters at a time. Whatever the case, I find this story engaging and original, and the relationships both between Snape and Harry, and Snape and Octavia, very well done.
The latest developments have me cheering for Octavia, and his caring for his pupil. Lucius, as always, is a sore looser. Voldemort is in for a surprise. And Harry is a sweet. There seems to be coming some action from the vampire front (Yay!), and I feel somewhat sorry for Dumbledore and his current situation.
All stories have an end, but I hope this one still has a long way to go... Hey, a girl can hope, can't she? ^___^
