I think Draco is Hilarious! He's so paranoid. Of course, he would be, but it's just amusing that he can't seem to grasp the fact that Harry doesn't really want him for that. And Harry - oh, you've written him perfectly, and I love him, with his maimed animals, and squibs. He's just so...white knight. And I like him that way *grins* Brilliant stuff, one of my favourites onsite.

I feel like I want to explode something, but I don't have any barn at hand... I want to scream, I want to rage, I want to hug Draco and pet him and car for him. I want to kick him, too. He's still a slimy bastard.
This chapter is darker than the previous but the plot is evolving, tickening. It's stronger and the feelings are raw but much, much better and full of spirit, good work. I really like the way you're writing this and I'm dying to read the rest, but I still hate you a bit for that Slughorn part... yucks!, that was evil of you!. Very BAD mental images, I'll have to go and wash my brain now! *laughs*
