Your story needs a beta reader--desperately. For example, the words 'your' and 'you're' are not interchangeable. This is a *very* basic mistake you should have caught, had you taken the time to read over what you wrote.

...Did Malfoy just... grope Snape? I didn't get that last bit. Isn't Harry a gargoyle so Snape is being the human him until he 'leaves'? If that really was supposed to be Snape he has a very weird relationship with Draco... I'm just a little confused. This is a good read, and thought there are a few errors, I like the voice you write in.
