My question is this... If Harry is dead, and this Zyuu creature is here born like the creature from Alien. How is this HP/SS ship possible if Harry is dead??? I am totally confused. Plus this Zyuu is female and bound to Severus with love. So.??? I'm a bit lost here.

You have DEFINITELY gotten my attention. I cannot wait to see where you are going with this and how your going to keep Harry in the story (being that it's a Snarry story), though I have my suspicions.
