Wow... the amount of emotion playing out is intense. My only criticism - your dialogue sometimes leaves me confused as to who is speaking.

An update! It's wonderful to read more of your story. I enjoyed getting the background on what happened between them - it has piqued my interest in how they will proceed from here. On with the tale!

One of the things I love is your Hermione inner monologue from the first chapter - it's so dry and sort of resigned sounding. I can picture her feeling that way at this point in life. I really can't wait for more of this as she and Draco start running into each other in the present - I have a feeling it will be most enjoyable, and maybe a little bit darkly humorous? I can't wait!

I like the idea of a reconciliation between the two, but did you HAVE to make her so pathetic? I suppose you did, ah weel, it's your playtime do what you like. I make my own Hermione. Maybe mine and yours can get together for a few drinks and a fistfight? You think so? I supposed not.
Honestly, I'm hooked. Please continue!

well... so glad i could feed the muse. no your sex scene wasn't boring. it was real, it's what happens when you finally realize you are "safe". something just clicks in the right way and it happens. keep it up, at least this way one of us has a happy ending.
she gets a happy ending, right?
