I was going to say that he was cutting off his nose to spite his face but...wrong body part... Have you ever noticed that doctors never like taking drugs? It isn't only Potions experts... (Off to bed now...more tomorrow).

Another enjoyable story, which I think I may have read awhile ago, but apparently didn't review. *smacks fingers* Shame on me. Anyhow... wonderful character development with Lucius & his slip, slide, and slither into acceptance of his situation -- his self-justifications are always amusing to see. I have to admit, though, that for me, Crookshanks stole this story from Lucius. LOL! Yep, that's right, my favorite character in this was Crookshanks - his scheming was on par with Lucius' (he got his OWN crib, for crying out loud!! LOL!). No wonder they got on so well!
