I don't get it, that nobody can understand, that such marriage laws are just not possible. There are too much flaws. Why should Hermione do what is "expected" of her? She can just leave Great Britain and stay in another country. Yes, in order to do that, she has to leave her home, but what is better ... easier? Follow stupid Laws, with the risk, that there are going to be some more of them, or just leave your home and start in a new country?
It's easier to just leave the country. And that is it, what Hermione would do. Every time! This law is like slavery and Hermione hates something like that with a passion, which is scary. And others would just follow. So to enact such a law is impossible stupid. So to write stories about that, is impossible stupid too. It's absolutely not realistic. It's just a piece of shit!
