Curious to know what Harry's punishment will be, the last one was quite creative. I think you're doing an excellent job with the whole D/s part of the fic. I wouldn't worry about it too much, and anything you have questions on, you can do research on.

Hmmm...
As far as I can see you seem to be doing very well.
This has good character development and is building nicely as time progresses.
Severus's actions seem very in character for the situation provided, and the essay was a good idea.

I like this fic. I believe it has potential. I know what you mean when you say that you are having problems continuing/ you don't know what to write. It's the same for me.
