Right, well, I'm really hoping this will be a good betrayal story. Because as much as I am a Harry/Draco worshipper, I cannot imagine Harry going back to Draco after he raped him. Especially not when he basically betrayed Harry to everyone. And the same goes for Hermione and Ron. I'd really like it if Harry didn't end up with anybody, but they still suffered for what they did. I hate all three of them, which is quite rmarkable, because even I think Draco can be redeemed at times. Realistically, though, I doubt anything Draco could say or do would get Harry to forgive him, especially because Harry was a virgin.So Ron adn Hermione can stop fantastising about 'never letting their best mate get away from them again' because they lost their chance when they turned their back on Harry.

Draco could go to talk to Harry own his own, and Harry could lose control and have a flashback and end up casting spells at everything like a whole mad-eye moony fase. and then Draco tryes to calm Harry down more but instade he makes it worse and ends up being kicked out by Harrys secatery.... (just an idea tho...)

Harry COULD use a "gay" strategy. Draco may not like it, but if Draco were to claim he was Gay, then he may have some sort of defense. It would also be like a "payback" for Harry, to convince Draco to use that when it was what Draco had used against Harry!!! And then there would be a lot of publicity.

Wel in the trial he could get back at Draco while simultaniously getting him out of trouble by forcing him out of the closet so to speak.
