You know what would be good, longer chapters. And a beta wouldn't go astray. I'm not saying it to be harsh, I'm saying it because it has potential.

I'll admit that at first I was aprehensive about reading your story, the whole Idea with cell phones was to muggle for me. But, as my other fanfics (some 40 others) were either yet to be updated, or looked less promicing, I decided to stick with it.. I'm glad I did... The cell phone thing may be a bit farfetched... but then again.. isn't ppl doing magic, and everything about harry potter a little farfetched?... Anywho- thnx for the pleasant read.
