I read all of this in one go. It was a very long night, I assure you. And now I have class in just over two hours....guess I'm going to be living on coffee this morning :). I commend your efforts in translating this. I myself can't read a lick of French but do remember trying to translate Spanish in high school and never even making it all the way through a paragraph. And to manage to translate a story while keeping in contact with its original meaning is amazing and I applaud you greatly for it. I can't wait to read the rest. If you are only going to have 46 chapters does that mean that we only have 7 left to wait for? Or were you including that author's note as a chapter? Either way I can't wait for the next chapter and please give my kudos to the original author for such a wonderful and exciting story.

Septentrion, you sell yourself short. The original author was quite brilliant in her story; however, I cannot imagine the hours you put in translating her story. This is not a simple thing, especially since you must then make it flow in English without losing the meaning of the original. As I've said many times, you have my deepest admiration.

Erwin is steadfast besides loving Lumina deeply. I'm not surprised that he is the one who pulled her back from death. Their link is very strong. It sounds as if Hogwarts and its inhabitants took a strong hit as did the Lendoren. Once again, thank you for all the time and energy you put into this story and I'll look forward to next week's posting. BTW I loved Furry Matchmaker, although I had a little sniffle at the ending. Well done.

Your more than a translater dear. You move it to English that is true but you also have to transpose the words and phrases into something we can understand imedately. If my high school French serves me correctly the sentance structure is different. I am in awe of all the work that has gone into "just translating" as you put it.
