Hermione was slightly unnerved that, now free of the memory, she had no recollection of the incident whatsoever. She remembered that it had happened, but the particulars were fuzzy and distant.

how did voldy moldy know about hermione and severus special connection?? how did he know yet the headmaster (who is JUST AS powerful) didnt know about it??? so THANK GOD hermione never saw what voldy moly set to her a vision of severus raping her?? and didnt see/feel them thanks to severus blocking the thoughts etc, otherwise she would be from them in a bad way herself??!!!

I don't like Ron being a rapist in any story. I think you nailed what experiencing rape and its aftermath is like.

I don't think I have read anything aff.net more life like than Hermione trying to figure out how to relate to her life after she had been violated.
