I like it. It was a little confusing at first until I fell into the rhythm of your writing but after I caught on, it was great. I think you could easily leave this as a one shot, or if you feel you could go on and fill us in on how she reacted to Draco after she calmed herself. You've left yourself a lot of scope with where you finished and with letting us know that Harry is alive and having trouble coming to terms with Ron's betrayal. Super job on your first attempt.
