Draco can't possibly be that stupid. Did he think that LV brought deatheaters as a welcoming party or that he was threatening Hermione for not turning them in because LV really, really missed them? SS has his work cut out for him and now HP is being an idiot too, which is not all that foreign a behavior for him. ;)
